Ok thanks, I already have 4 large quarries running and its not enough that's why I wanted to know if there was a better way to get it. I think that about covers what I needed.

It depends on your pack. The quickest way I know of in most packs is the Extra Utilities Item Transfer Node with the Mining upgrade and a bunch of Speed upgrades, placed against a piece of cobble which has a water block on one side and a lava block on the other. Place a Deep Storage Unit right next to that, and you'll have enough cobble for anything.
In other packs, like Agrarian Skies, your best bet is to make a lot of Igneous Extruders.

I am looking to build one in FTB unleashed, but the item transfer node doesn't seem to work, are there any other ways to build one?

Yeah, being a 1.5 pack, Unleashed runs an older version of Extra Utilities where Transfer Nodes didn't have that ability yet. Your quickest way to get cobblestone is probably a fully-powered quarry, or a lot of Igneous Extruders.
