Direwolf20 1.6.4 not working

You're using Java 8, which has some compatibility issues with Forge for Minecraft 1.6.4. Simply uninstall Java 8, then download and install the latest 64-bit version of Java 7 from http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

whenever i try to launch my direwolf20 1.6.4 mod pack it closes the launcher and after a while the console closes too.

it worked but needed to manualy change the javaw.exe from the jdk1.8.0 to the jre7 javaw.exe

It means you just haven't uninstalled java8 before installing java7, and the path to java's bin folder never changed. If you want to keep multiple versions of Java, you can edit JAVA_HOME variable instead of swapping .exe files.
