Modpack:FTB Ultimate

I am trying to download Optifine. How do I find out what version of Forge I have in FTB so I can download the best version of Optifine.

If I can remember correctly, the FTB mods currenly run on forge 1.4.7-6.6.1.524. Found that out by checking the patch notes on the FTB website.

Modpack:Direwolf20 Pack

"Optifine_1.4.6_HD_D5" has worked fine for me on DW20 5.1.1 and 5.2.0 aswell as mindcrack 8.2.0 and immersive RPG 1.0. Seems like the way to go for now.
