Im on the mindcrack server and for some reason i cant get on anymore once i updated. when i try and login it says i'm currently running mod pack stuff thats out of date. what do i need to do to get back in. i went to 8.2? thats when the issue started. also i run mac not pc. Please Help.

Try running 8.1.1. Also look at that server's website and see what version they're running.
