He,

 

I'm new to FTB, so sorry for my noob actions.

I am trying to power an ME system, I have decided to power my system with solar panels, I use  5 Low voltage Solar arrays (8 EU/t) combined that should be 40 EU/t and still the MFE that i have between my ME and Solarpanles is not keeping up (it is always around 10 EU) And that when my ME system is only using 19 EU/t. What is happening? where is my power going?

 

P.s. I also have 23 water mils hocke up to the MFE

ME systems take a LOT of power, i think it's a pretty small conversion amount if you're on the newest version from EU to AE. Older version..which pack are you on?

 Older version..which pack are you on?

I would assume Tech World 2.


1.6 modpack? Download Java 7 here. 1.7.10+? Download Java 8 here.

To be honest, what I would always do was disconnect the power source so that when I wasn't using it it didn't use power, then when I wanted to use it I would reconnect the power source.

This saves a TON of power.
