Check the Controls section of the game options if there are any other mods using those keybindings as well, and if necessary change them to other keys that aren't already used. It could also be that Simply Jetpacks doesn't use the default key bindings in Infinity or that you changed them before and forgot.

In FTB Infinity I am using a 'Simply Jetpacks' jetpack. It flys fine but the 'F' and 'C' controls don't do anything. I don't mind not being able to turn it off but I can't turn the HOVER on. That sucks. ALL of their jetpacks show hover as disabled in the NEI list. A streamer I watch (AnneMunition) is using one and hers hovers just fine. She is also using Infinity. Any suggestions?
