Yes. I found the information on the page on Fuel Rods where it says the 4000mb of fuel  = 4 yellorium ingots, or 1000mb = 1 yellorium ingot.

1000 mb of fuel for big reactors means 1 ingot of yellorium/uranium?? Literally scoured the internet and absolutely 0 info on this.
