Computer crash & FTB re-install

So... i had just installed the newest version of the launcher, my computer crashed and reverted to before it was installed, and now when I try to install it, it doesn't recognize that the mods & map packs are already downloaded. (I had moved my "FTB" folder from my "Local Disc C" to my "local disk D"- the only other one i have- because I had downloaded Steam games onto it and there wasn't enough space to keep it there.) and I'm not sure how to do the re-installation thats on "support.feed-the-beast.com" when i dont have enough space to back up my entire "FTB" folder on "C". (It was working before my computer crashed- I had "FTB_launcher.exe" in "D:/FTB" - I am currently using Windows.) Am i overthinking something here?
