cant make signalum in smeltery DW20

in the DW20 modpack red conductive alloy is made when copper and redstone is in the smeltery and this is always preferred... so making signalum is impossible.

 

im just curious if this has been fixed or how that can be removed as red conductive alloy can be made from redstone and iron...
