I couldn't find anything online that I liked much, so I started typing in random things and got this gem:

DontDrinkBleach

I've only tested this with Infinity and Biomes O Plenty.

Immediately noticed the quite large walled city to the north of spawn, continuing north is a town with a nicely interesting meteor crater and further you'll find another large town, west of spawn is a desert temple and another village, south of spawn is a small walled village, to the east of spawn is another.

Looks quite promising to me.

Feel free to post cool findings with this seed.

Sorry that I don't have any screenshots up, I might be able to add some later.

I don't think its the seed as much as the Modpack, you pretty much described my world made with a seed I use.
