forge version not found

Modpack:Private Pack

I am using the "Etho Pack" modpack and it was working fine till a couple days ago, i launched it and it said:

"forge mod loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation the mods and versions listed below could not be found
forge : [10.13.4.1448,10.14)"

even tho i put that forge version in ftb/libraries/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.7.10-10.13.4.1448 it still says it could not be found.

anyone knows what to do? please help.

I would recommend trying to Force Update the pack, in case some files have been corrupted. First, if you've made any changes to the pack's config files, you should back those up. Then open the FTB Launcher, go to the Options tab, click the "Force update?" button, then launch your modpack. It should redownload all the pack's files, so if something has been deleted or corrupted, this should fix it.
