Transfering Rf to a stone miner

Hi, so I have just started trying to automate everything however I can't seem to be able to get the RF from my solar panel to the stone miner. It is creating Rf and I have transfer pipes going from underneath the solar panel to the back of the stone miner which has an RF engine in it where the fuel is however it does seem to be working at all as no power is going from the solar panel. I would like some help on what pipes do what or even shown where a guide is on what the pipes do and how they work as I cant seem to get them to transfer the RF. I have tried using the stick to change a few bits but that didn't work either. Please help.
