I have the Forestry mod that comes with the pack installed and active in the game, but there is no arboretum, logger, basic circuit board, and a few other things in the NEI or creative interfaces and I can't craft any of them.

No Arboretum/Logger ect?

The basic circuit board (id: 13368) shows up in NEI when I search for it, so if that's not there, you may want to 'force update' Unleashed next time you launch it. As for the logger and arboretum: these have been removed from Forestry, and their function has been replaced by the MultiFarm.
