DartCraft Unleashed 1.1.4 Version Bug

The Force Armor - Chest Piece - seems to be Bugged in such a way that It acts as if It were a Lappack. 

Wing (Upgrade) - Bleeding 3 - Charge 1 (10,000)

This has been confirmed to Drain the Chest Piece of Power and Power the Power Drill.

Isn't the Charge enchantment supposed to do exactly that when applied to a chestplate?
