I have a silk touch diamond pickaxe, and I still get nothing Lapis/Diamon/Gold blocks, and it takes forever for them to break. Am I missing something?

It shouldn't take forever to mine unless it thinks you are punching the blocks for some reason.

Are you using a standard diamond pick or one made with Tinkers' Construct?

A standard Diamond Pickaxe.

Okay, in that case something really is broken. Unless you are mistaking Cobalt (which is dark blue) or Ardite (almost completely yellow) for Lapis and Gold. Cobalt and Ardite require a TiC Alumite pick AFAIK.

You could try turning on the "highlight tips" in the NEI options, which will show you sthe name of the block you are looking at.
