I use to play FTB and now I have gotten back to playing. I want to know how to increase the amount of iridium ore as I did with my previous 1.4 world. Any help would be appreciated.

Can I make so there is iridium ore or increase the amount of it?

Which pack are you using? If your pack has GregTech (Ultimate, Unhinged), you need to change the value of "IridiumProbability" in the config. If you don't have GregTech (Unleashed, Direwolf20, most others), there's no Iridium Ore in the world, it can only be made with UU-Matter from a Mass Fabricator.

there's no Iridium Ore in the world, it can only be made with UU-Matter from a Mass Fabricator.

I am in the Ultimate pack.
How do I get to that certain file that has Iridium Probability?

The Mass Fab is much easier to use than the Matter Fab... just stick some solar panels on it, you'll get UU-Matter eventually. Much cheaper, too.
I am in the Ultimate pack.
How do I get to that certain file that has Iridium Probability?
Wherever you have the pack installed, you navigate to "Ultimate\minecraft\config\GregTech", and find the file GregTech.cfg file. Open it with the text editor of your choice (my preference: Notepad++).

How do I edit what I want to edit? That being the iridium spawn rate. Also which of the documents do I click on?

So when I clicked on GregTech in the config file I did not see any .cfg file and when I clicked on all of the files on non of them did I see the Iridium Probability. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Also, when I go to my mods on the launcher I do not see the GregTech mod.
