I found end stone and an oblivion hive in the overworld in the Direwolf 1.6.4 pack. Is this a glitch or is this supposed to happen?

What biome is this in? Screenshots?

It was in a cherry blossom grove, and I can't upload screenshots, but the end stone just spawned like an ore vein, and the oblivion hive just spawned in it.
