I was looking through the wiki because I thought there was a recipe to make Blaze Rods out of UU-Matter and turns out there is but when I try to create them in-game no such luck. Blaze rods are not the only recipe disabled it looks like too, lilypads are also disabled. Any ideas as to how to re-enable these recipes or where in the config files these recipes might be located at?

Assuming you are using the Mindcrack pack (as it is your set modpack) Gregtech is installed. There is a chance some of these may be disabled. Locate your FTB launcher folder then navigate to your Mindcrack mod folder. Then enter the minecraft folder, then configs, then there should be a folder named Gregtech. Click on that, then find the DynamicConfig file. Then hit Ctrl+F and type uu. Click find next until you come to a section named uumrecipe. Scroll through there are see if anything is false. If it is, just change it to true. Let me know if this works or not for you
