How would I go about increasing the res? Make it about 64x64 without interpolation to make the actual item look 16x16 but actually be bigger?

Didn't we have some fun, though? Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and I said "Goodbye", and you were like, "No way!" And then I was all, "We pretended we were going to murder you." That was great.
Ahh you.
Go into your image editing program and 'Resize' (do NOT use the change canvas size option, whatever it may be called in your program).
Change it to 32x32, you don't need it to be 64x64. Make sure it doesn't do any Anti-Aliasing (handy option in Paint.NET, there's a dropdown box labelled 'Resampling:'; choose Nearest Neighbor).

Hope I helped!

I've uploaded images for the entire mod. Should be fine if you force refresh with Ctrl+F5 now.
