Thermal Expansion has combined all 3 tesseracts into one block, and yes, if you've configured to correctly and chunkloaded both sides, it does work across dimensions.

oh thanks i was using an ender-thermic pump and it said it chunkloaded it's self so i didnt chunkload the nether
