Fastest Possible Quarry

A while back I asked the forums about how to make a super fast quarry and now that no longer works in FTB Unleashed. So I was wondering what was another way to make a super fast quarry?

Hook up a couple of engines to a Redstone Energy Cell, then make check if its output is 45 (or else your quarry will blow up DX). charge up the Energy Cell a bit and watch that baby run.

I remember seeing a Direwolf20 video in which he made a frameless frame quarry that might meet your needs, if Unleashed has the proper versions of Thermal Expansion and ComputerCraft. It uses the same buildcraft mining wells as the frame quarries from 1.4, but uses turtles and some clever programming to move everything since frames are gone. As long as Unleashed's version of ComputerCraft has a turtle that can use a wrench to pick up a tesseract, you're able to use shiny dust to make a tesseract save its configuration so that it can be moved via turtle. I want to say this video was on forgecraft 2 season 2, but don't quote me on that.

I find them a lot quicker and more efficient.

The only disadvantage is that they have to travel back up at a terrible speed to deposit their resources. Unless you have them carry around an ender chest all the time.
