Liquiduct's won't put water in steam boiler

Water has to be pumped into the bottom row of the steam boiler (into the boiler block, not into the tank area).

My liquiduct's won't put water into the steam boiler no matter what I do, they are powered, I've tried it with the boiler on, it just seems it doesn't want to output it into the boiler.
