Looks like Horizons 1.0.13 makes javaw use an abnormal amount of bandwith (up to 150 Ko/s) .
Rotary craft seems to affect the bandwith (items likes the rotary liquid tubes itself consumes 100ko/s of bandwith)
Anyone knows a way around ?
