I was playing aroud on a server, when i was killed, and lost my descriptive book (lets say it was age 10)

I was wondering if there is a way to remake that book, to the same age?

You can get an op to make a linking book for you, they'd need an unlinked book and to use the command "/tpx 10" to get to Age #10 (modify the number accordingly). For the future, you should be keeping your Descriptive books safe and only traveling via linking books.

For that matter he can just do /tpx username 0 to get back to the overworld.
