Okay, so I have a quarry setup, which is 15 solar panels, and glass fibre cables connected to electrical engines powering a quarry. The problem is that the items pump into the engines GUI, not through the top of the quarry that has a gold transport pipe connected to an Ender Chest. Is there a way that I can stop the items from pumping into the Engines?

You could fill the inventory of the engines so nothing else goes into them, or separate the engines from the quarry with some kinesis pipes.
