You can request a page move by adding Template:Move at the top of a page :) Like this, for example:

{{move|Rubber (IndustrialCraft 2)}}

Regular contributors have the ability to move pages themselves.

If you check the Toolbox in the top bar, every page has a "What links here" page, e.g. for Rubber: Special:WhatLinksHere/Rubber so you can see all links that have to be changed.

Usually when you move a page though, the old page will become a redirect to the new title. (if you change "Rubber" to "Rubber (IndustrialCraft 2)", then "Rubber" will redirect to "Rubber (IndustrialCraft 2)". so the links will still be intact)

In regards to creating new pages... yeah, that's sorta just how you do it. It seems we need a better help section though. I will try to work on that.

Can there be created UI for creating grids with search and drag and drop functionality?
It would help a lot with creating new pages.

EDIT:

Also, add spoiler button for both wiki and the Forum would be useful.

A spoiler button is possible on both the wiki and forum already. For the wiki, put {{Spoiler}} wherever there's spoilers to alert the reader of possible spoiler content, then enclose the text that could spoil game content with {{Hide|Click to show spoilers.|TEXT GOES HERE}}, which will auto-hide the text unless the reader clicks a button which reveals it. For the forums, put
before the spoiler text and
(without the space between "spoiler" and the right bracket) after the spoiler text. I think this is also possible by modifying the background color of the text in question to match the text color itself and having the reader highlight the text to reveal it.

I'm not sure what you mean by a UI for creating grids with search/drag and drop functionality. Do you mean a visual editor similar to Wikia's where you can search for the template you need from all available templates and easily fill in the parameters of templates like Grid/Crafting Table and similar? I think that such an editing mode was an idea at one point, although I'm not sure what ended up happening with that. My knowledge of computer code is very limited, but I've a hunch that creating such an editor is no easy feat. Keep in mind that, while Wikia has countless coders, managers, administrators and so forth who are all paid to do what they do, most everyone here is a volunteer and only a select few of us are able to manipulate code to any extent.

My username is digitallyApocalyptic. I contribute where I can on the wiki and I've previously built pretty much the entirety of Category:Twilight Forest. I play FTB Ultimate, some games on Steam, and I follow MS Paint Adventures.

Could you elaborate on that?

There's a "beta" WYSIWYG editor I wanted to install, but I enver got it to actually work.

From what I can gather...
It looks like he wants an interactive crafting grid template where you can essentially run NEI with all the bells and whistles like item searching, clicking a particular item to see what its recipe is, and etc.

Small thing, but I figured I'd bring it up.

Any way to make a slightly altered version of the crafting grid template which has additional slots for 'rebate' items, which you get from using the recipe for something else?

On the basic level, it would show recipes which involve a bucket of liquids that give you back the empty bucket afterwards, or the Tinkers' Construct chiselled block recipes, which only damage the chisel when the block is crafted. Might need to make a special parameter for that last one.

As far as I know, items will always return the same item (if any) when used in a recipe, no matter which one. For instance, filled buckets always return an empty bucket, and the chisel will always take exactly one point of damage per recipe. Wouldn't it be sufficient to note that on the item's article?

Just a quick FYI, the editor now has quick template support for Thermal Expansion machines.
