Modpack:MindCrack Pack

I'm not sure how many others may have noticed, but as I was going into some of the mod config files I happened to see a BUNCH of other mod configs around that aren't currently in the MindCrack pack. They didn't have .jar's so I assume they can't be activated but I was wondering if anyone knew if these are intended to be included sometime. I'm assuming they just aren't quite ready to be included for some reason. If anyone has any ideas on this please give me a response. The mods I found configs for had seemingly small and incomplete configs compared to most other already applied mods' configs, but here's the list of what I found:
