I started to play MindCrack and I found a lot of lagging so it ends up in crashing with no reasons and that slows down my computer. Can anyone tell me how to fix it please?

Does it only lag and not crash? If so, you may need to up the amount of RAM dedicated to Minecraft in the Launcher's settings.

Console of MindCrack often says this
" [WARNING] [Minecraft] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

I don't know how to fix it.

From time to time, most servers will say they cannot keep up. This is just the server figuring out that it's lagging a tiny bit. You'd need an exceptionally good CPU on your server in order to get around seeing that message, but it's not a big deal if it's not spamming that message nonstop.
As for the out of memory issue, you will need to increase the amount of RAM allocated to Minecraft from your launcher. You can do so from the options tab.

The main cause of that for me was always extrabiomes, specifically ones like the tall fir trees as they dropped huge numbers of saplings shortly after being first loaded.
