You've only allocated 1GB RAM to java, and most recent modpacks require at least 2GB.

Operating System: Windows 7 (x86) version 6.1

Java Version: 1.8.0_25, Oracle Corporation
Java VM Version: Java HotSpot™ Client VM (mixed mode), Oracle Corporation

Memory: 223791024 bytes (213 MB) / 694046720 bytes (661 MB) up to 1037959168 bytes (989 MB)

If, as indicated, you have a 32-bit OS, you're basically out of luck. You won't be able to allocate enough RAM to Java to be able to run most modpacks.

If you have a 64-bit OS, you need to install the latest 64-bit Java. Be sure 64-bit Java is selected in the launcher, and increase RAM Maximum to at least 2GB under Options.

If you're interested in playing modded Minecraft, the FTB Lite packs are designed to be run with 32-bit, by keeping the mod count down to a reasonable level.
