Small Corrupt

Lately I've been having a problem, Its where a small line of a chunk that's corrupt and when I try walking it just glitches and hen puts me back

 

Ive found that if I quit the game then join back its fixed but the corrupt the chunk moves far away and I have to do this procces again

A solution to this would be much appreciated

Sounds like it is lagging for some reason?
Especially since it moves.
