FTB Ultimate world has weird memory leak.

I've been playing this world for a few months now and I am trying to get to the Fusion Reactor.  Just recently I started up the world and my Nuclear Information Screens (from Nuclear Control I believe) appeared to be off.  I would flip the lever, but nothing would happen.  Only breaking the screen and replacing it will fix it.  I noticed that when this started happening, the console said there was a memory leak.  However, there is not lag to speak of.  It runs at 40fps.  The only symptom is the screens not working, which more annoying than game-breaking. My greatest concern is that this will lead to worse symptoms over time, and that I need to fix it now.

Is this a problem and can it be fixed?
