You can post pictures to photobucket or another hosting sites, after uploading to that, I believe you should get access to a [img]insert url here[img] in which you copy and paste that to this here forums, it's been a while so don't quote me on that.

Edit: also that information above was done blind, on my mobile and have limited access to the photobucket website so unable to see specifics. I will confirm a full guide on how to upload pictures later

On Photobucket, on the image page, there should be a box on the right-hand side with four image options:
- Email & IM
- Direct link
- HTML code
- IMG code
I'm not sure what the Email & IM does. The Direct link option on some sites writes a link instead of an image.
I'm pretty sure both HTML and IMG should be suitable for the forums.
