Vanilla Tool Issues

I need to make some diamond hoes for some Magical Crops shenanagins, but TiCon has removed their recipes. I went to the configs and made  

 

B:"Remove Vanilla Tool Effectiveness"=false
B:"Remove Vanilla Tool Recipes"=false

 

But the recipes still does not appear and they cannot be crafted. What do I do now?

Sorry can't say, TiCon is very strict with its vanilla tool removal, I would go to the TiCon thread on the MC forums and see if someone there knows more.
