I have recently began to mess around with bees. Now i have an ender queen in an apiary in the end but its not working. It says can't find the right flowers and I have 4 normal yellow flowers around it. Does it need more flowers or is there a special kind of flower it needs?

Ender Bees require a Dragon Egg as a flower.

Yup, that's pretty much the short and sweet of it. They require that blasted egg as their "flower" - luckily it's an inheritable trait so you can breed it out of them if desired. Make sure to bring your Apiarist Suit, that Ends trait is not to be messed with.

Also, if you've put the bee in a beealyzer, take note of the environmental needs. In particular, I'm fairly confident that you don't need to breed them exclusively in the End; I've had them working just fine in my overworld beehouse.
