What to do with all this cobblestone?

Personally I've got Millenaire on my world and I exchange all of my cobblestone for currency...

Hi! I have the direwolf 20 pack and i have ALOT of cobblestone. Those anybody have an advice what to do with it?

Recycle it... Probably best use.

By recycle I mean make a recycler from industrial craft.

Both of these ideas are good.

But recycling your cobblestone is a good way to use unwanted items. There's a 1 in 8 chance, when supplied EU and an item to recycle, to make a piece of scrap. And 9 scrap in a crafting table makes a scrap box, which is wonderful. A scrap box contains random items (right-click to unpack), and you can even get diamonds from it!

Also scrap makes good amplifier for a Mass Fabricator, and a scrap box even better (I think)! If you happen to be playing on a pack with GregTech for some reason, you need to use scrap for a Matter-Fabricator.

You can also continue this automation by running the scrap boxes threw the scrapboxinator to automaticly open them.

I'm not sure Direwolf has Gregtech. OP's a Direwolf player.

If you're not on Direwolf20 or Magic World packs, or any other packs that don't happen to have GregTech.

 

I don't see a point in the Scrapboxinator though. Why not a dispenser?

Dispenser or RP2 Deployers seem to be the better choice since they don't need energy and work faster than the scrapboxinator.

 

Some other things for cobble would be to turn it into Sand or Gravel (Macerator, Grinder or Pulverizer) or if you have thermal expansion melt a bunch down into lava.

 

But honestly at some point i just start to voidpipe cobble ect.

I'm not sure Direwolf has Gregtech. OP's a Direwolf player.

Well...Direwolf20 modpack does have Gregtech but you cant do anything with the mod.When dire starts the videos on letsplay you might see something about an issue fixed about gregtech

I think you can put a scrapbox in a generator and it will produce more energy than coal

 

scrapbox=7,000

coal=4k

Each individual piece of scrap can also be put into a generate. The scrapbox gives marginally more EU but its probably not worth it to make a fabricator and auto craft them into scrapboxes (at least I don't when making scrap powered contraptions :-p).
