The power tool's plasma cannon keeps blinking when I right click and I can't set anything when I press k it does not show any upgrades

- Are you holding right-click?
- Make sure you press 'k' while the Power Tool is currently selected in the hotbar.
- Is the Plasma Cannon selected or is another module selected? You have to select between different specific Secondary Modules like the In-Place Assembler, Blink Drive and Plasma Cannon, when you want to use them.
