How does one add a new machine to the wiki, because I am looking to add entries about the mekanism machines and was wondering how to make an actual template rather than just taking a screenshot.

You can look at other templates to see how it's done. The documentation for ParserFunctions can also be useful. Do note that you need some experience with html and css.
