Hi, I was just wondering if there would be any problems that could arise from installing feed the beast ultimate onto a multi world server? I have been told it will but i want to make sure as making the server multiworld would solve a fair few issues when it comes to the projects that are in mind.

Can you please define "multiworld"? I mean, Ultimate is multiworld out of the box. I.e. Overworld and The End both has one world with a separate folder. What projects do you have in mind? Remember that there are items that can help you transfer stuff between your worlds. http://ftbwiki.org/Ender_Tank is one of them. Together with a Chunk Loader it works just fine.

I'd assume he's referring to bukkit multiworld.

I think there is a couple of different bukkit-forge compatibility mods you'd have to look into.

Of course, Bukkit Multiworld. I guess I've played a bit too much FTB to think MC/Bukkit hehe.

It seems (not) to be working with Forge/Multiverse. Well, it seems to work for some people but not for everyone. https://github.com/k...orge/issues/138

Yeah, but an alternative would be to turn to MystCraft.

Mystcraft? i've not heard of that. to be honest i dont know anything about ftb either, which is what my project is, neither me nor my brother know anything about ftb and are doing a youtube series covering our ftb adventures.

Mystcraft is a mod which basically lets you have multiple worlds, which can have different features (such as eternal sun, red sky, star fissures and gold tendrils), and might have some negative potion effects. I think it's more adventurous than Multiworld, anyway.

Mystcraft ages have another advantage in that you can easily build portals and send trains and items through to the other worlds, which I don't believe you can do wth Bukkit multiworld.
