I just wanted to warn people that as of GregTech 2.82c, there exists a bug where Golden Conductive Pipes (and possibly all conductive pipes, I didn't care to crash it out over and over again) placed next to a GregTech machine that has not been fitted with a Pneumatic Generator Upgrade will cause a client & server crash.

 

It will continue to do so whenever the chunk is loaded. To fix it, you have to temporarily remove BuildCraft or GregTech or change one of the Item IDs of the items. Then load your server and ensure that chunk is loaded by logging on and verifying one of the two things is no longer there. Then, stop the server and restore everything to the way it was before by readding the mod or changing the item IDs back. Finally restart the server with everything set back to normal, and it's fixed.

Just don't want anyone to have to go through the tedious annoyance of it if they don't have to. Avoid doing this!

 

Redstone Energy Conduits don't seem to share this problem, though.
