You'll probably want to use just the HarvestCraft and the GrowthCraft mod. If you want the hunger to work like it does in that pack, you'll also want Hunger Overhaul. If the crops is all you want, go with just those.

You can just click on 'edit mod pack' and disable the other mods you don't like.

It's probably a good idea to back up your world first in case you disable the wrong ones and lose stuff you wanted.

ok trying. damn block id's are conflicting when I tried doing it with dire wolf 20 beta. and @iamtk421 most of the reason I want to do another is well simply put I love IC2 and stuff. (missing red power 2) I am learning configs/such but damn its mega annoying to try to avoid conflicts.

Oh I see, I misunderstood your original post, as I thought you only wanted the crops etc, rather than adding those to other modpacks.

The Magic Farm pack is currently for MC1.5.2, so you will probably have to download an older version of the pack, or download MC1.4.7 compatible versions of the mods yourself and add them to the pack you like, as for example DW20 is still only for MC1.4.7.

...or get a pack for 1.5.2, e.g. a 1.5.2 Beta Pack or the New World Mod Pack.

I'm fairly certain that deanec is referring to the new Direwolf20 1.5 beta pack that they've added to the launcher but is only available via private pack codes. This pack should be compatible with the versions of HarvestCraft/GrowthCraft that ship with Magic Farm version-wise, but ID conflicts may be a bit difficult to get around.

@deanec: If you're trying to use the Direwolf20 pack that doesn't require a pack code and is available publicly on the launcher, then be aware that this pack uses an older version of Minecraft than what Magic Farm uses, so Magic Farm's mods won't work with the Direwolf 1.4.7 pack.
