So I accidentally messed up the FTB Servers while editing the template for my own , can anyone help me ><

Looks like Kahless61 fixed the template for you. Rather than editing Template:Server, you want to edit FTB Servers and add yours at the bottom.

 

Edit: Looks like Kahless61 did that for you, too.
