I can't use my FTB Unleashed 1.1.2 because I can't get any items to move or even stay in inventory without disappearing.

I also can't get nei to show any items on the right side of my inventory. I have used the "o" key with no help. it also does strange things when I leave Inventory, like the items flying around in mid air.

You should use FTB Unleashed 1.1.5, which is currently the recommended version AFAIK. Otherwise Unleashed 1.1.3 should also be fine.

What you have there sounds like multiple things - your O key may be occupied by something else, so NEI won't show, and you may have left delete mode on at some point, which causes any item you click to be deleted.
