Do you have any config files open in Notepad or something? If so, close them. If that doesn't help, restart your computer.
I'm pretty sure i didn't have any thing open except for unleashed

How do you quit Minecraft? You should do so using the main menu quit button, otherwise it is possible that the game somehow stays open in the background. And two Minecrafts running from the same directory don't work well together.

Description: Failed to start game
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\Digital\Downloads\Unleashed\minecraft\config\EnderStorage.cfg (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)
^That there means that the game can't start because a config file (in this case the config file for Ender Storage) is open or in use by another program.
Are you trying to run multiple instances of Minecraft?
After exiting MC and the FTB launcher, ctrl-alt-del and pull up Task Manager and see if there's a "javaw.exe" there. Unless you're using something else that requires Java, like Eclipse, it kinda shouldn't be.

ctrl-alt-del and pull up Task Manager
Why would you do that when you can Ctrl+Shift+Esc?
