DW20 1.6.4 refuses to launch

Some of the new modpacks just show nothing for a minute or so and then launch. Don't ask me why, but just waiting long enough is often sufficient.

Trying to get the newest DW20 modpack to launch, and it won't. 

 

Running the 1.5 Unleashed pack works.

Vanilla 1.6.4 wouldn't DL/run last night, but it works today.

 

My Java should be up to date (v7u45), restarted computer, ran as administrator...

I REALLY do not want to have to re-download, because, um, that 3Mb/s download speed and dying router... agh.

 

Is there something I'm missing that needs to be done with 1.6.x packs or...?

Left it sit for about five minutes, now it's downloading some files.

This is where it hanged hard the last time I tried launching it (had to update the pack after that)... digits crossed.

 

edit: It's taking so long to download sound files apparently... wow. 

 

edit2: Well... it launched. That load delay is insane.

I haven't tried this, but apparently it only does that when you download it for the first time or when you update it.

 

Looks like it, it's launching fairly quickly now. Still insane though!
