Image on wiki not updating?

I noticed that the "Grid Thaumium.png" image on the wiki was 16x16 instead of 32x32 like the style guide says it should be so I uploaded a new version and it uploaded fine, but every use of the file (including the thumbnail of the new image in the history) uses the old image instead of the new one. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug in the wiki?

 

If it is a bug, where should I report it? I looked through the forum, but I did not find a section for bug reporting.

To elaborate a little, this happens because of page caching. Typically it helps if you reload the page using Ctrl+F5, which will update your cache. Most of the time you can also just refresh the page twice in quick succession and it will show the changes properly.
