Hi, I'm having trouble trying to get onto a server that I play on but whenever I try to join, the game crashes, can anyone help me? Also, I'm using a mac.

If the game goes to a screen that looks like this:

then navigate to "[FTB INSTALL DIRECTORY HERE]/ultimate/minecraft/crash-reports" and post any relevant crash reports that you find there either on a site such as Pastebin with a link to the Pastebin file here or directly here inside a spoiler tag (click the button that says Special BBcode next to Font, choose Spoiler and then paste your text in the box; you can also use [spoiler] and [/spoiler ] with text in between.)

 

If the game does not go to a screen that looks like that, then try updating/reinstalling Java or allocating more RAM to FTB, as it's a very intensive program and can take up 1-2 GB of RAM sometimes.
