Can a golem with 'use' core empty phials?

I created a golem with the 'empty', infused to 'use' core. I'm trying to get him to take phials filled with liquid essentia and empty them into an empty warded jar attached to my crystallization unit. I'm able to get him to do this, except he only does one phial and then stands continuously clicking with the empty phial. Is there a way I can get him to put the empty phial back and grab a new filled phial?

Have you tried adding the Intelligence upgrade? I believe for most golems, this allows for filtering. I've not tried it in this particular case, though.

I did give him the ordo upgrade, which I believe is what you're referring to. The same upgrade you give to a harvester to replant as well. I thought that once he had switched out the phials but never again. So I will have to keep playing with it I guess. Was hoping somebody had the same problem and solution!! haha shucks.
