I have made 2 of the three new sigils in Blood magic, but I can't figure out what they do. Could someone help me by telling me what the Sigils of Elasticity, Winters Breath, and The Claw do?

Hi! When activated, the Sigil of Elasticity grants the player the Bounce buff (negates all fall damage). When activated, the Sigil of the Claw grants the player the Cling buff(lets you climb walls. Fun when paired with the Air Sigil). When activated, the Sigil of Winter's Breath freezes water(freeze water = Ice) in ~~3 blocks radius around the player, but ice, created by this sigil dissapears when wearer leave area with it.
