But yeah, that keeps happening.

 

Happened on vanilla textures, then again after I switched to Soartex.

Reinstalled to a different directory, it fixed itself in vanilla textures, then broke again when I switched back to Soartex. 

 

Anyone else have this happen / know how to fix it?

That makes me wonder - do liquids work properly when placed in the world, or are they also replaced by other textures? There's probably not a whole lot you can do, except for digging into the texture pack and trying to fix it yourself. And if you switch texture packs, you may have to restart the game for all textures to get reset properly.

Liquids work fine when placed in the world and magic capsule stuff works fine when put into a machine / tank - all the other capsule / cans are fine too, just magic capsules are all weird with textures.

 

I'm going to check something when I log in after homework - I tried a different way of installing/activating the texture pack than I did the last two times, wondering if that'll make any difference. Will edit this when I can.
