My first guess would be you're using a normal tool rod, while these tools require a tough tool rod. Otherwise, I'd need more information to try and troubleshoot this. A screenshot of all the components in the tool forge, perhaps.

Herro! I've just recently started playing this pack and everything seemed to work well until i tried to make a hammer. I have all the items made and ready to be assembled, but when i place them in the tool forge, it wont give me the finished product. The same goes for Lumber Axe and anything else you need the tool forge to make. Please Help!
